Pakistan Cement Co. is one of the leading supplier of cement filter bags. Filter bags are usually used to avoid excess dust on construction sites. As the name implies, filter bags filter undesirable elements in a particular atmosphere. It can be used to filter out dust as well as fumes and other gaseous waste that are released during production.

 

Other types of waste that our industrial filter bags can be used for includes mineral mining emissions, metallic waste etc.

 

The filter bags collect dust particles that would have settled on the other parts of the machineries and warehouses. Our filter bags are designed to be long lasting, efficient and cleanable after use, that is, when enough dust is collected, you can then clean out your industrial filter bag for future use.

PULSE JET BAG FILTER

This filter bag provides automatic dust collection and cleaning. It can also be used to collect air fumes in construction sites.

Compressed air is directed through the top part of the bag through the other side, such that you can then flex the bag and collect dust particles that have accumulated over time. With the filter bag, small amount of waste particles are collected per time, this is to ensure that the airflow that goes through the filter is consistent. This also ascertains the smooth operation of the dust control system as well as the warehouse

HOW IT WORKS

  • The hopper or the casing draws in dust ridden air up though the dust collector
  • The filter bag contains a baffle that spreads the air throughout its parts, the speed of entry slows down as the dust is sucked into the collector
  • The dirty air is passed around the bag and the dust particles are captured on the outer part of the bag
  • The filtered air which is already free of dust is released through the other outlet
  • The dust released into the hopper can then be collected

One of the major advantages of the pulse jet bag filter is that it can be easily installed and the bags can be  replaced on occasions of wear or other faults
